Original project material has no declared project license. Add the full AGPL v3 text and explicitly select AGPL-3.0-only in the README, preserving separately licensed components and third-party notices.

Validation: LICENSE matches the existing Knotfin AGPL v3 text with only its extra final blank line removed; declarations checked; git diff --check passed. No runtime behavior changes.
